POLICIES

Payment In FULL Is Required To Secure Your Private Dog Training Or Virtual Training Appointment
Payments Are NON REFUNDABLE, but can be used toward another date if you reschedule.
All Cancellations And Rescheduled Appointments Must Be Done Within 24 Hours Prior To Original Appointment.
Failure To Do So Will Result In A $20 Cancellation Fee Before A New Appointment Can Be Made.
No Call/No Show Will NOT Have An Opportunity To Be Rescheduled.
All sessions in a package must be used within 60 days to ensure best results.
Sessions will not roll over after 60 days. A new package must be purchased.
